The Sagala Trek, also known as the Haa Planters’ Trail, follows an ancient route once used by rice planters from Haa to Paro during planting and harvest seasons. This three-day trek takes you through pristine forests, open meadows, and remote mountain trails dividing the Haa and Paro valleys. Along the way, you’ll pass traditional villages with only a handful of households, encounter yak herders, and experience Bhutan’s untouched wilderness.
