Tour Plan
Day 1: Paro to Thimphu – Spiritual Exploration and Sightseeing
- Arrive at Paro International Airport and drive to Thimphu (1.5-2 hours).
- Visit Memorial Chorten for a peaceful walk and meditation around the stupa.
- Visit Buddha Dordenma, where you can meditate in the presence of the massive Buddha statue.
- Visit Tashichho Dzong, the seat of the government and central monastic body in Bhutan. Spend time meditating in the peaceful courtyards.
- Overnight Thimphu
Day 2: Spiritual Hike to Tango Cheri and Guided Meditation
- Drive to the trailhead of Tango Monastery (about 30 minutes from Thimphu). Begin your hike (about 2 hours) through the forested trail leading to this sacred site.
- Arrive at Tango Monastery, an important Buddhist monastery. Engage in a guided meditation session with the resident monks, focusing on mindfulness and inner peace.
- Return to Thimphu and spend time in reflection at your retreat or hotel.
- Overnight Thimphu
Day 3: Thimphu to Punakha – Spiritual Sightseeing
- Drive to Punakha (2.5-3 hours), passing through the beautiful Dochu La Pass. Take a moment to meditate at the pass, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Himalayas.
- Visit Punakha Dzong, a magnificent fortress-monastery at the confluence of the Pho and Mo rivers. Spend time meditating in the peaceful courtyards or within the temple halls.
- Enjoy a quiet evening at your hotel, reflecting on the spiritual energy of the day.

Day 4: Punakha to Trongsa – Visit Trongsa Dzong
- Drive to Trongsa (4-5 hours). Enjoy the scenic beauty of Bhutan’s valleys and villages along the way.
- Visit Trongsa Dzong, an important religious and historical site in Bhutan. The dzong is perched on a hilltop, offering stunning views of the valley. Meditate in the peaceful halls of the dzong.
- Rest and reflect at your accommodation in Trongsa.
- Overnight Trongsa
Day 5: Trongsa to Bumthang
- Drive to Bumthang (4-5 hours), known as the spiritual heart of Bhutan.
- Visit Jakar Dzong, a beautiful fortress and monastery. Meditate in the quiet courtyards and experience the serenity of the place.
- Rest and relax at your accommodation in Bumthang.
- Overnight Bumthang
Day 6: Bumthang – Spiritual Sites and Meditation
- Visit Kurje Lhakhang, one of Bhutan’s holiest sites. It is believed to be the place where Guru Rinpoche meditated. Take time for silent meditation in the peaceful surroundings.
- Visit Jambay Lhakhang, a 7th-century temple dedicated to the Buddha. Explore the temple and meditate on its sacred energy.
- Join a group meditation or prayer session with local monks.
- Overnight Bumthang
Day 7: Bumthang – Spiritual Exploration
- Visit Mebar Tsho (Burning Lake), a sacred site for Bhutanese Buddhists. The lake is famous for its association with Terton Pema Lingpa, a revered treasure finder. Meditate by the lake, soaking in the spiritual ambiance.
- Visit Tamshing Lhakhang, a monastery associated with the famous saint Pema Lingpa. Spend time meditating or engaging in silent reflection.

- Overnight Bumthang
Day 8: Bumthang to Phobjikha
- Drive to Phobjikha Valley (4-5 hours), a serene glacial valley surrounded by forests and meadows.
- Visit Gangtey Monastery, the seat of the Gangtey Trulku. The monastery is a spiritual center for Nyingma Buddhism in Bhutan. Take part in a short meditation session in the monastery or in the surrounding peaceful valley.

- Overnight Phobjikha
Day 9: Phobjikha – Meditation and Spiritual Practices
- Participate in a morning prayer session or guided meditation at Gangtey Monastery.
- Take a reflective walk through Phobjikha Valley, practicing walking meditation while connecting with the peaceful surroundings.
- Optional evening meditation or spiritual practice in your accommodation.

Day 10: Phobjikha to Paro – Dzongdakha on the Way and Kyichu Lhakhang
- Drive back to Paro (4-5 hours). On the way, stop by Dzongdakha, a scenic and quiet spot to meditate and reflect on your journey.
- Arrive in Paro and check into your accommodation.
- Visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan’s oldest temples, for a peaceful meditation session.
- Relax and reflect on your experiences in Bhutan.

Day 11: Paro – Sightseeing and Spiritual Exploration
- Visit Rinpung Dzong, one of Bhutan's most iconic dzongs, and meditate in its sacred halls or courtyards.
- Visit the National Museum of Bhutan, where you can learn about the spiritual history and Buddhist culture of Bhutan.
- Participate in a private meditation or prayer session at your hotel or a nearby monastery.
- Overnight Paro
Day 12: Paro – Tiger’s Nest Monastery Hike
- Start early for the hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Taktsang), one of Bhutan’s most famous and sacred sites. The hike takes 4-5 hours round trip and offers a perfect opportunity for meditation along the way.
- Once at the monastery, spend time in meditation and reflection in the temple rooms. Absorb the peaceful energy of this sacred place.
- Return to your accommodation in Paro and relax after the hike. Optional evening meditation.
- Overnight Paro
Day 13: Departure from Paro
- Transfer to Paro International Airport for your departure.

We currently offer two payment methods for tourists to transfer payments for Bhutan tours: Wire Transfer and Wise. However, both methods incur a wire transfer fee of $40 to $50, as Wise payments also require a final transfer to Bhutan via wire.
